It’s Wednesday, cold and wet outside. But I feel that things are beginning to settle down. Gran will be home from Hospital tomorrow, after six whole weeks, and my finances are beginning to look rosier. Today is the day the Co-Operative Bank branch in Belfast closes. Fortunately I have closed that account. Currently I’m dealing with a Cashplus account and an account with Nationwide Building Society in Ballymena.
I found out about edible cutlery made at the behest of an Indian Entrepreneur. Yesterday I emailed him about the idea. It would be great to bring the concept here considering all the Hot Food counters in Northern Ireland. Plus, plastic cutlery is likely to increase the risk of cancer.
Just have to keep knocking on doors until I receive a miracle.
