Wednesday

It’s Wednesday, cold and wet outside. But I feel that things are beginning to settle down. Gran will be home from Hospital tomorrow, after six whole weeks, and my finances are beginning to look rosier. Today is the day the Co-Operative Bank branch in Belfast closes. Fortunately I have closed that account. Currently I’m dealing with a Cashplus account and an account with Nationwide Building Society in Ballymena.

I found out about edible cutlery made at the behest of an Indian Entrepreneur. Yesterday I emailed him about the idea. It would be great to bring the concept here considering all the Hot Food counters in Northern Ireland. Plus, plastic cutlery is likely to increase the risk of cancer.

Just have to keep knocking on doors until I receive a miracle.

Four day weekend

Today I am taking it easy. Gran is now in Dungannon and her Niece-in-Law brought over her cardigans. Also, on Monday I have arranged to meet a woman in Belfast offering a Sony Experia from Gumtree for £90. My SIM card still works, it’s the screen that’s no longer workable. Hopefully I can hang tight for the next few weeks financially.

Hopefully I can manage for the next few days without the phone, but at least I have found a solution.

Still no nearer to finding work, but perhaps I would get back to the idea of designing logos freelance. Just need a little bit of research regards the prices they charge.
